Return Policy

We want you to be happy with our service and with your product!  If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, please contact us within 30 days of your invoice date to arrange for a Return Material Authorization (RMA), according to the following:

UNOPENED / UNUSED ITEMS:

-  Product must be new, unopened and unused.
-  Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instruction manual, warranty card, cables and etc.
-  No return authorization or credit will be granted after 30 days of invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resalable condition.
-  Products must be shipped back to Sublimax with freight pre-paid (customer pays for shipping back to Sublimax).
-  Third-party shipping charges (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) are non-refundable.

OPENED & OTHER ITEMS

We are unable to accept the return of the following items:

Sublimation Inks:  Please note that inks can only be returned if still sealed, unopend and unused. Once opened, inks are not returnable. Please make sure that you purchased the correct ink cartrdiges for your printer BEFORE opening them.

Printers: Once a printer is removed from its packaging and inks are installed or activated, it is no longer eligible for return.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE (DOA):  Sublimax only sells BRAND NEW AND FACTORY SEALED PRODUCTS. If a product arrives DOA (dead on arrival), or if any product or part is defective, that product's warranty applies as specified by its manufacturer. In this case we will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer for service or exchange.

Return Goods Authorization: Merchandise will not be accepted without authorization from SUBLIMAX. In this case, please contact our customer service department with an itemized list of products, invoice number and reason for the return. Acceptable returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge. No return authorization or credit will be granted after 30 days of invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resalable condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Warranty & Liability: our warranty is limited to replacement of product only, and such warranty does not extend to the costs of any repeat labor or incidental costs. Seller makes no other warranties concerning the products whatsoever. In no event will Seller's liability exceed the paid purchase price of the products. Buyer agrees that in no event shall seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
