Free Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping offers and promotions are only valid for the 48 contiguous United States.

PR, HI, Alaska and all international orders: Please contact us to receive a freight quotation.

UPS Ground is our default shipping service, with the exception of some smaller items going USPS.  We reserve the right to use the shipping service of our choice.

Free Shipping may not be valid for some oversized or extremely heavy items. Additional items in your order that do not qualify for free shipping will be excluded from free shipping.

For returns on free shipping items, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund value, unless the return was due to an error on the part of Sublimax.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, or if you require faster delivery, you will still enjoy very reasonable shipping rates with Sublimax.

We reserve the right to change or end this offer at any time. If Free Shipping was given to your order due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel it at any time.


We welcome your orders and we will do our best to get the lowest shipping cost for you! Please contact us with your order and let us know your exact shipping address (including your zip code). We will get back to you soon with our best shipping quotations. 

ATTENTION: ALL ORDERS TO ALASKA, PUERTO RICO AND HAWAII MAY BE ADJUSTED TO ENSURE ACCURATE SHIPPING COSTS. We will confirm a new order total with you if the shipping total INCREASES. If we are not able to reach you, the order may be canceled at our discretion.


International orders are welcome!  Please send us a list of all items that you wish to purchase and we will reply back to you once our warehouse calculates the shipping rate.  Your credit card will NOT be charged until we get your final confirmation.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We do not charge you any tax or duty, however, you may be subject to Customs duty/tax and brokerage fees, payable at your destination. Please inquire with the local authorities.

If an INTERNATIONAL order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

P.O. Boxes

We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. To ensure quick delivery please verify your address is correct and isn't a P.O. Box.


Most orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST. are shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday, except weekend and holidays). However, in some cases, longer shipping times may apply.

Heat Presses are shipped from manufacturer. Allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping.

Most orders generally take 24 business hours to process. Orders placed late Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.

If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we will charge your credit card for the shipping cost & fees caused by your decision. This policy applies even if your order was originally sent to you via FREE shipping.


 If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately via email or telephone. We will cancel your order at no charge ONLY before shipping. Once your package leaves the warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipping cost (back and forth). Unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.

Risk of Loss:

Please note that title to merchandise is transferred to customer once product has left our warehouse. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit is yours. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All orders that ship with FREE GROUND shipping have no signature requirement on it nor insurance. If you would like to have insurance or signature requirement please tell us so in the message box on the ordering page and we will add the insurance or signature and charge you the carriers fee for such services. Otherwise, once the merchandise leaves our warehouse, the risks of loss and damage is the customer's.
